Price Reduction Follow-up
Hello, this is John Smith with XYZ Realty. You recently called my toll-free information line in regards to one of my listings located at Extension Description. I was just following up to let you know there has recently been a price reduction to this property.
This home has been reduced by $XX, XXX and currently represents the best value on the market for the Neighborhood.

Voice Mail Script
Be sure to make several attempts before leaving a voice mail. If you are unable to reach the caller after at least 3 attempts and reach their voice mail, the following script can be used:
Hi, this is John Smith with XYZ Realty and I noticed that you recently called my 800 Information Hotline for more information on Extension Description. This is just a customer service call to follow up and make sure that you received all of the information that you were looking for.
